Ear Infection

So we went to the Dr. today for our 3rd recheck. Luke's right ear still has infection. They said it is not bulging or really red but just not what they consider healthy. We are now on the 3rd antibiotic and so they are hoping this will get it. I just finished Zythromax and now that is what Luke will be taking. I had a cold that turned into a horrible sinus infection. The antibiotic had me feeling better within a few days and I am praying the same will happen for Luke. He does not act like his ears are really bothering him but he has a lingering cough, runny nose, and each morning his eyes are all cruddy.

Luke is continuing to really get around and to try to get into everything. His favorite right now is the cabinets and unloading the pots and pans. We are planning to put the locks on this weekend. He also has started to pull up on things. The ottoman, the end tables, the chairs, and the latest is the window. The dog food bowls and their water bowl are also a new challenge. Thankfully we have been one step ahead so far.

Our biggest challenge continues to be table food. Anything with a different texture totally freaks Luke out. He will gag and it will seem like he is choking. The dr. said it just takes extra time with some babies so we are continuing to try new foods. Puffs are his favorite!
