Happy Birthday Luke!

Today our little man turned 1!! It was such a fun day. We had bought him a shirt that said.." My first Birthday" and he looked so precious. He went to school until 12 when Jody picked him up. Jody was super excited because he does not get to pick him up usually so it was a special day. I met them at Red Robin for lunch. After lunch we did a few errands and then returned home for Luke to take a nap. After a long nap and a snack he was ready to open his presents. He was so cute... He really got into it. He pulled out the tissue paper, ripped open the wrapping paper, and had a really fun time. He seemed to really like his gifts. We gave him a few outfits for summer, 2 new pairs of shoes, a dump truck with mega blocks, a little people dump truck, and a vtech smart train that teaches abc, colors, etc. He loves things that make noise and so all the gifts seemed to be a success... ok maybe not the clothes but I liked them :)

We are such picture takers... we took 90 pictures today!!

We are super excited about his party this weekend. We are so thankful for all of our wonderful family and friends. Many are traveling from out of town to celebrate Luke's special day! Thank you!!
