You are becoming more and more independent
Still a great sleeper- go to bed around 8:30pm and wake up around 8:00 am on the weekends. Still working on potty training… you get frustrated and don’t really want to take time to sit on the potty
You are learning new words everyday and starting to put more words into sentences… at the end of the month you started to say, “I want ….” , Wow, Sit (and point to where you want us to sit), O-kay,
I Love ____ is your new favorite thing. You will point to your eyes and then cross your chest and then yell out the person’s name.. For example: I Love Mama…. It melts my heart!
You enjoy putting on your own shoes.. about 50% of the time they get on the right foot
Started a new therapy program- Kiddos Clubhouse and we are hopeful that you will start to enjoy more foods… you are trying new things on your own and it seems only a matter of time before you are ready for even more! Mini oreos are a great treat!
You love PRESENTS… it was mommy’s birthday and you were so excited to open the presents. Makes birthdays so much more fun!!
You know your numbers up to 10 and your basic colors. You enjoy counting as we go up and down the stairs and each time you have multiple items.
You love playing outside and in the water… the hose is your favorite. Good thing our water is not expensive because you love to just play and play!
You still love Dora but you are getting more interested in other shows.. Wonder Pets (pets), Blues Clues (Blue), Diego (go), You are getting really good at repeating the ABC’s and also the Blessing when we sit down to eat… You will say God/Good/God/Great/Thank You/Hands/Fed/Thank You/Lord/Bread.. then yell out Amen.
