Jake 18 month checkup

August 8th was Jake's 18 month checkup. I had forgotten about the 15 month checkup so he had to get 4 shots. He was such a big boy and barely cried. He was 33 1/2 inches tall and weighed 26 lbs 3 oz. He is 50% in both. He is starting to catch up with Luke's growth chart in height. He was born 2 inches shorter and it has remained that way until now. It is so crazy when I think about this time last year and how much he has learned and can do. Such sweet loving little boy with the most spunk and personality! Love you jakiepoo!
