Last night I was eating a healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich for dinner. :) We asked Luke if he wanted to try it and he acted interested. Jody took a piece and offered it to Luke and the biggest shock happened... Luke put it in his mouth. As many of you know and have heard me talk about... Luke has texture problems with food. He is very picky and has very rarely eaten bread. As Luke took the first bite Jody and I turned to look at one another in total amazement. He continued to want more and almost ate a whole half!! Such a huge milestone for him with his eating and we are so proud!!
